How long does a pouch last?

A pouch holds about 30 scoops. That's about a month for a 10-25 kg dog, about two months for a small dog on half a scoop, and about 20 days for a big dog on one and a half.

What if my dog won't eat it?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you, even if the pouch is open. No need to send it back. Email support@bothendsdog.com with your order number and we refund to your original payment method within 10 days.

When will my order arrive?

Delivered in 5-12 working days, free by Royal Mail. We email you when it's posted. If anything holds an order up, we email you straight away, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Who shouldn't have it?

It contains iodine from seaweed, so it isn't for dogs with a thyroid condition unless your vet agrees. It isn't for cats. If you're not sure, ask your vet first.
